Bring the acid-base balance into balance

A balanced acid-base balance is extremely important for general well-being. Everyday stress, poor eating habits and too little exercise have a negative effect on our acid-base balance and can lead to overacidification (acidosis). Fatigue, flatulence and headaches can then be the result. To counteract this, you can ensure a balanced diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress and support your acid-base balance with our alkaline tea. AgilNature's BasenTea consists of high-quality ingredients such as fennel, black cumin, liquorice, lemon balm, chamomile and ginger and is an excellent addition to our vegan dietary supplements such as BasenAgil capsules. Before you drink our alkaline tea to support the acid-alkaline balance, you should know exactly what hyperacidity is: The pH value of the blood can be between one and 14. A seven is in the normal range, while a value below seven is acidic and above seven is basic. Our metabolism depends on the balance of acids and bases being balanced. If we are chronically acidic or hypoacidic, this has a negative effect on our health. Every day we take in basic and acidic substances with the air we breathe, food and drinks. Our body then has to keep them in balance. But in stressful everyday life, we increasingly overstrain our acid-base regulation system: Poor nutrition, stress, too little exercise or high-performance sports have a negative effect on our body's acid-base balance. An overly acidic body can show several symptoms, including heart palpitations, tinnitus, heartburn, headaches, fatigue, bloating or skin diseases.
